Duncan Perry were great! Jo and Sarah and the team were fantastic. As first time buyers they were very helpful and always providing us updates. From organising a number of viewings to keeping us informed of any offers to offer being accepted the whole process was smooth. Very responsive to emails and phone calls and would not bombard you with emails to check progress as I am aware some estate agents do. All in all, great estate agents and would highly recommend anyone to go with them.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

I found Mr David Lovett very helpful and supportive in the selling of my late father's property. He was communicative and helpful in visiting the property as I live some distance away. A positive experience for me with very little recent knowledge of selling a property.

Duncan Perry handled a commercial property sale for me. From start to finish he provided an excellent service and I would have no hesitancy in recommending him to anyone. If there were six stars he would get them!

We purchased a property through Duncan Perry Estate Agents and couldn’t have been happier with the service from David Lovett and the rest of the team. We got regular updates throughout the purchase of our house. We were also offered plenty of support to see us through until the bitter end when we exchanged and picked up the keys. The team always retuned our calls and emails at an alarmingly fast rate! If we are to move again, we would definitely put our property on the market with this estate agent.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Duncan Perry arranged nearly 40 viewings for our property , we were provided with an email the day before and a text approximately 2 hours before each viewing, then a follow up email with comments from the prospective buyer , this kept us informed with how we were progressing with the sale. At each stage David and his team Jo and Sarah were professional dealing with offers on the property and Solicitors at the latter stages. If we need to appoint estate agents in the future we would definitely use Duncan Perry .PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

From the start, he listened to exactly what we were after and found us a property that suited all our needs, they have exceptional knowledge of the areas they cover. David is very personable and sympathetic to both the buyers and sellers needs and concerns and is able to approach any situation with calm and level headed solutions.
