Absolutely professional and reliable service from Duncan Perry. Our agent was Sarah Reader from the Potters Bar branch and she was amazing from the very first viewing. Sarah went above and beyond to help us get to completion on our purchase. There were some hurdles and delays with legalities, and Sarah mediated between solicitors again and again to keep everything moving. Sarah was so approachable, knowledgeable and friendly. Time and again she allowed us access to the house and was extremely patient! We can’t recommend Duncan Perry and Sarah in particular enough. Trustworthy, wise and honest local agents! Do use them!

There are numerous Estate Agents in Potters Bar, but a friend recommended Duncan Perry so I went to them first. I'm so glad I did. My main dealing was with Sarah who was professional, positive, and friendly from the start. When she viewed my property, she had obviously done a great deal of due diligence on similar properties in my area so was able to set my expectations on value and probable timeline for sale. In no time at all she had drafted the property details and advert, so the house was on the market within a few days. Amazingly, within a day or so of going on the market a viewer made an offer which I accepted. This indicated to me that Sarah had judged the property value perfectly. Over the next few weeks Sarah kept me informed of all happenings, it was very clear that she was working hard in the background to co-ordinate the purchaser, their solicitor, and my conveyancing company. In all it took 8 weeks from first contact with Duncan Perry to completion. I was probably very lucky to encounter the perfect purchaser, and for him the perfect vendor. The entire process went very smoothly with no stress or anxiety on my part. I put this all down to Sarah’s magnificent effort’s, backed up by a very good conveyancing company (Juno) that Sarah had suggested. I would highly recommend Duncan Perry to anyone considering selling or purchasing.
