GoogleWe decided on Duncan Perry having spoken to a few agents. Dave was the most in touch with the current market of the agents we saw and I appreciated his straightforward and honest approach. When other sales seemed to be failing ours went through. It is easy to see why Duncan Perry has the most boards up and the most 'sold' signs

We recently worked with Duncan Perry Estate Agents for both the sale and renting of a property on Darkes Lane in Potters Bar, and we couldn't be more impressed with the level of service provided. GoogleFantastic service from Duncan and Jo. Of the three agents quoting they suggested the highest price and pretty much achieved it. One of the other agents (VM) suggested nearly £80k less than the price we received!! Duncan Perry’s knowledge of the local market is second to none. I would strongly recommend using them.
So glad it all went so well, and so nice to have experience appreciated.

GoogleWorst experience I had in my entire life, they used a company called GoodLord for references who did not look at whole entire income because staff do not know what they are doing, they are unhelpful towards single parents and legitimate hardworking people. The staff come across rude, disrespectful, obnoxious, if your fake and full of nonsense they certainly will take you on good luck if your thinking of them being your estate agent. Absolutely very unprofessional.
We are very disappointed to read your review and that you are unhappy with the outcome of your rental application. Unfortunately, due to the reasons discussed with you at length we were unable to proceed further with your application.

David has extensive local knowledge of Welham Green and went far beyond what was expected, visiting the property on his days off and at weekends to satisfy buyer queries.
