GoogleThey aren’t open at weekends, don’t return your calls or messages and don’t advise when properties are under in offer which is unethical in order to collect client details and put potential buyers under pressure to speed up sales (if you don’t find a buyer for your then we’ll move on to the next on the list) Make promises that the don’t deliver on. They are only really interested if you want to sell through them to line their pockets. Also Janet Holt is always on the phone or otherwise engaged never returns calls either. Receptionist would be brilliant at a doctors surgery if you know what I mean. Really disappointing. I’d avoid if I was you!

GoogleTwo years and half years ago myself and my family were left in a situation where we had no where to call home. I contacted Duncan Perry and they had u in a 3 bedroom property within a week. It is to our regret that we will be leaving Duncan Perry as our current landlord is now selling. However, since being with Duncan Perry they have been nothing but supportive. If we ever needed anything done they would always get it done straight away. I would highly recommend Duncan Perry to any potential tenant or landlord. So sad to have to say goodbye to them.

Worst Experience EVER!!
Rented A bungalow through Duncan Perry for £1200pcm and it has been the worst experience of my Life. The Landlords family live in the neighbouring property and are the most anti social people i have ever come across ( metalworking till 10pm on sundays, dogs barking till 3am and music blaring out till late) complaints to duncan perry go unheard as they have 2 interests which are the rent and what the landlords want.
Needed to get hold of Duncan perry after house was hit by lightning but they have no emergency number (or just cant be bothered to answer) and still waiting for emergency repairs to be done after more than a week.
Towards the end of the tenancy the landlord started locking the main gate to the property while i was out which caused many problems trying to get back into the home i rented
If your thinking of renting please do yourself a favour and choose a better estate agent.
