GoogleI worked with Duncan Perry to rent out my flat. I had never letted out a property before so it was all completely new to me. The team walked me through the entire process, kept in the loop at all times and had multiple viewings very quickly. Sarah gave great advice and I couldn’t recommend them enough. GoogleFrom the very start of selling my mothers house David Lovett was very professional, honest and helpful. David has extensive local knowledge of Welham Green and went far beyond what was expected, visiting the property on his days off and at weekends to satisfy buyer queries. GoogleWorst experience I had in my entire life, they used a company called GoodLord for references who did not look at whole entire income because staff do not know what they are doing, they are unhelpful towards single parents and legitimate hardworking people. The staff come across rude, disrespectful, obnoxious, if your fake and full of nonsense they certainly will take you on good luck if your thinking of them being your estate agent. Absolutely very unprofessional.
We are very disappointed to read your review and that you are unhappy with the outcome of your rental application. Unfortunately, due to the reasons discussed with you at length we were unable to proceed further with your application.

GoogleI have dealt with David Lovett of Duncan Perry Estate Agents on the purchase of a house, and have to say my faith in the industry is fully in tact! David has been a pleasure to deal with from day 1, and although at times the process has gone a little quiet, David has at all times been on hand - highly available - to reassure, advise and help coax the transaction along. GoogleWe turned to Duncan Perry when we needed to move house in 2023, just before the "mortgage meltdown", a potentially rocky time to sell a house! Duncan and his excellent team took a personal interest in the sale and were helpful and constructive throughout. We particularly valued Duncan's advice, which proved spot-on at each stage - resulting in a successful sale, achieving all our objectives, at a time when so many houses were languishing unsold, and so many sales were falling through.
