GoogleSale of house December 2019 We decided to put our house on the market earlier in the year. Duncan personally arranged everything, we could not have been in safer hands. Within 2 weeks everything was good-to-go with regards the sale; a buyer was found very quickly, but my husband’s planned surgery then had to take priority. The sale had to be halted for a number of weeks. After my husband’s recovery we were back on the market, with Duncan Perry, a new buyer was found, purchase agreed and offer made on our next home. Our offer was accepted and solicitors were engaged. Then disaster, cancer problem, we had to cancel everything. We fully expected to pay estate agent fees, Duncan would not take a payment. We fully expected to pay solicitor fees, the solicitor would not take a payment either. We cannot praise Duncan Perry enough for his understanding and professionalism. Mr & Mrs Grahame

Rented A bungalow through DuncanPerry for £1200pcm and it has been the worst experiance of my Life. The Landlords family live in the neighbouring property and are the most anti social people i have ever come across ( metalworking till 10pm on sundays, dogs barking till 3am and music blaring out till late) complaints to duncan perry go unheard as they have 2 interests which are the rent and what the lanlords want. Needed to get hold of duncan perry after house was hit by lightning but they have no emergency number (or just cant be bothered to anwser) and still waiting for emergency repairs to be done after more than a week. If your thinking of renting please do yourself a favour and choose a beeter estate agent.

GoogleResponsive and gets things done. I was with another agent for 6 months and only had 12 viewings. With Duncan I had an offer within a few days and he was proactive in helping get the transaction through.
