GoogleAbsolutely professional and reliable service from Duncan Perry. Our agent was Sarah Reader from the Potters Bar branch and she was amazing from the very first viewing. Sarah went above and beyond to help us get to completion on our purchase. There were some hurdles and delays with legalities, and Sarah mediated between solicitors again and again to keep everything moving. Sarah was so approachable, knowledgeable and friendly. Time and again she allowed us access to the house and was extremely patient! We can’t recommend Duncan Perry and Sarah in particular enough. Trustworthy, wise and honest local agents! Do use them!

GoogleFrom Day 1, Sarah R. at Duncan Perry was brilliant! Nothing was too much trouble for her, and on a number of occasions she far exceeded what you would expect from an estate agent. She had down to earth, real world advice and knew the market inside out. Communication was excellent, with her always available or responding quickly to any messages left. She was on hand when problems arose, and usually had the answer. She kept me updated throughout the process and her positive, good-humoured approach made potentially stressful situations much easier to handle. I can't recommend her enough. The best estate agent I have ever dealt with. 5/5
