GoogleWe have just sold my parents in law’s bungalow using Duncan Perry. Very impressed, David was honest from the outset, very proactive in seeking the right buyer, then once we had an offer he was always working to make the sale keep progressing all the way to completion. Would use again and would recommend.

GoogleThere are numerous Estate Agents in Potters Bar, but a friend recommended Duncan Perry so I went to them first. I'm so glad I did. My main dealing was with Sarah who was professional, positive, and friendly from the start. When she viewed my property, she had obviously done a great deal of due diligence on similar properties in my area so was able to set my expectations on value and probable timeline for sale. In no time at all she had drafted the property details and advert, so the house was on the market within a few days. Amazingly, within a day or so of going on the market a viewer made an offer which I accepted. This indicated to me that Sarah had judged the property value perfectly. Over the next few weeks Sarah kept me informed of all happenings, it was very clear that she was working hard in the background to co-ordinate the purchaser, their solicitor, and my conveyancing company. In all it took 8 weeks from first contact with Duncan Perry to completion. I was probably very lucky to encounter the perfect purchaser, and for him the perfect vendor. The entire process went very smoothly with no stress or anxiety on my part. I put this all down to Sarah’s magnificent effort’s, backed up by a very good conveyancing company (Juno) that Sarah had suggested. I would highly recommend Duncan Perry to anyone considering selling or purchasing.

GoogleWhat great estate agents. They worked hard for us to find the right buyers fir a probate sale. It meant not living locally i didn't have to worry about a thing very efficient in the paperwork side of things dealing directly with solicitors for me I would definitely recommend Duncan Perry

GoogleMy wife and I decided to sell our BTL Leasehold apartment in the early Autumn of 2024 with another Estate Agent and in 3 months received one enquiry. In early 2025 we decided to appoint Duncan Perry Estate Agents. The briefing process was very thorough and the marketing was professionally presented. The sale was conducted from the beginning by Sarah Reader who was excellent in all respects. There was a hot enquiry for which Sarah ran the entire process looking after us and the purchaser very professionally. For a Leasehold sale completion was achieved in a record short timescale. My wife and I would highly recommend Sarah Reader at Duncan Perry Estate Agents to everyone who wants to achieve a very efficient and dynamic sales process. DML May 2025
