GoogleQuiet lovey area but communal has odour smell and it sneak into the flat through the main door.
I am very sorry to learn that there is an unpleasant odour in your communal hallway which is filtering into your flat Tommy. When we were advised of your google comments we advised the Landlord immediately and a colleague did try calling you twice but your phone went to voicemail on both occasions. However, it is not our responsibility to report any issues you experience to your Landlord. Whilst renting the property all issues should be addressed to your Landlord direct as we are not the managing agent for your property, the Landlord deals with all maintenance etc himself. Many thanks for your co-operation.

GoogleFirst class service from start to finished. Duncan was attentive from day one, clearly knows his market inside out and then went above and beyond throughout a long challenging process with probate delays etc. As I am based overseas and was dealing with a deceased estate this was not easy for me but Duncan never gave up and got it across the line. On top of that, I am happy that we achieved the best possible price for the property. What more could anyone ask for?

The companies customer service is excellent with emails replied to very quickly and any queries we had answered. After having a bad experience with another local estate agent, within 24 hours, Duncan Perry helped get our property back on the market. We couldn't have asked for a better service. GoogleFrom the moment I met with Duncan, I felt the sale of my home was going to be in safe and reliable hands and wasn't disappointed. All staff members communicated well, were professional and efficient and kept me updated during the whole process until completion. My house was advertised well and attracted a lot of potential buyers straight away, so completion came sooner than anticipated. Sarah R was the team member allocated to my sale and she was always pleasant to deal with. She kept me updated, dealt with concerns I had along the way and I've been very impressed with this company. GoogleExcellent customer service, easy to work with, all documentation was ready and Sarah was always available to support. We rented from Glasgow so Sarah organised a view with our friends in London that video call us to show the property, When we arrive to the office with the van for the removal all was ready for us. I would recommend to anyone.

He was absolutely accurate to the dot about the property. Ensured a smooth transition. I had to wait for my employment references for quite some time. Mrs. Sarah explained the situation to the landlord and helped me keep the property. Letting a house is a great deal for foreigners like us in the UK. The professionalism, understanding, and kindness of Duncan Perry's staff align well with British values. They were very proactive in the maintenance of the house too.
