GoogleDuncan Perry generated several sales visits fairly quickly one of which resulted in an acceptable offer.The sale then took ages to complete ,due to slow solicitors,even though the chain was only 3 strong.Sarah the lead negotiator persevered in chasing for updates on our behalf on a daily basis.So on that basis I would say I was satisfied with the Duncan Perry service.

GoogleExcellent service from a local Estate Agency where the team all understood the market and what was required to bring in an out of area buyer and cope with various challenges linked to Land Registry Charges and Bank Mortgages not drawn up correctly. All parties wanted the same outcome - a successful sale/purchase, which is what happened. In less experienced hands the deal might have been delayed or lost! Very well done.

We ended up making an offer which was accepted and we dealt with Sarah throughout the whole process. Again she was professional and kept us in the loop as we did her. It finally completed after a few issues so everyone was happy.
