The sale related to a house outside of Duncan Perry’s usual area, which he kindly agreed to take on, despite the inconveniences involved. The individual circumstances were complex and delicate, it was a difficult time nationally, and we wanted the sale to be managed by someone we already trusted from previous contacts. Throughout the process, Duncan and his team were impeccable in their approach to all parties, helpful in moving things forward, and they navigated the many issues involved in the sale both carefully and effectively, making everything go surprisingly smoothly. I called up over a month ago regarding finding a property to rent and I was told I would get a call back. I didn’t get a call back so near closing time I rang back again asking about a property on their website in which they just said: “We don’t have anything on that road”. I felt very rushed and hurried off the phone. I felt like they were very dismissive perhaps because of my age. They made no attempt to tell me what was available. They were so uninterested in helping me. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and I emailed them with what I was looking for. I also signed up to receive alerts on available properties. I have had no response to emails and no alerts since signing up. Very disappointed I’m this estate agents. They lack good customer service and standard communication skills.

Duncan Perry arranged nearly 40 viewings for our property , we were provided with an email the day before and a text approximately 2 hours before each viewing, then a follow up email with comments from the prospective buyer , this kept us informed with how we were progressing with the sale.
