GoogleI asked for the council tax band on the flat they are renting. She told me that I should find out myself even though I said I looked into it and could not find. I asked her to ask to landlord if he or she knows but she did not care less. Shame cos it seemed like a right flat for us.

GoogleThe staff at Duncan Perry have been professional from our first valuation consultation to our sale completion . They kept us informed throughout and relentlessly followed up and chased when needed . Jo was always available to answer every query and ensured we reached completion . Our sale was handled out of county and we always felt fully informed and supported . We would use DP again and recommend them without hesitation.

His sharp negotiating on the selling price succeeded in enabling a good deal to be agreed between ourselves and the vendors. At all times Duncan was professional, yet friendly, being interested to learn about the history of the house, which was very personal to us as my father built the property.
