GoogleI would highly recommend these agents in Potters Bar. Everyone we met were both friendly and accommodating. With that said, David went out of his way by providing transportation for us to view properties as we often travelled to Potters Bar by train. This is a service that is not always given with other agents. He was genuine and listened to what we wanted in a property and never pushed as he wanted us to find a property that was right for us. In future he will be the first person we will go to when we are ready to upgrade properties.

GoogleIn urban mythology, estate agents have a poor reputation. Duncan Perry fly in the face of the myth. We were selling a house in Potters Bar, but we were based 100 miles away, so the process could have been tricky. Duncan Perry were superb from the start, with Sarah answering our queries quickly and never promising any action they could not deliver. Their service was excellent and we would recommend them unreservedly.

GoogleExploits student deposits, lanlord used to pop up in the house every so often with no warnings. Once I woke up in the room he was standing there testing the fire alarm in my room, then proceeded to have a go at me for not answering when knocking on my room door when i was clearly asleep. Bear in my he had not notified us he would be doing this. Gave 2 star cause we told estate agents was very nice about this and apologised but they said it would never happen again only for him to pop by again unannouced to check if he had room numbers on the door. Even though he knocked and asked we just found this extremely strange. Estate agents were decent just not the lanlord was very difficult to work with.

GoogleDuncan Perry generated several sales visits fairly quickly one of which resulted in an acceptable offer.The sale then took ages to complete ,due to slow solicitors,even though the chain was only 3 strong.Sarah the lead negotiator persevered in chasing for updates on our behalf on a daily basis.So on that basis I would say I was satisfied with the Duncan Perry service.

GoogleRemembered us even though our property was not being marketed through them. Knew the type of property we were looking for and matched this as soon as a suitable property was placed with them. Were helpful throughout the process, in obtaining additional details from the vendors and in particular Sarah towards the end of the purchase where matters ran close to the line.
