GoogleExploits student deposits, lanlord used to pop up in the house every so often with no warnings. Once I woke up in the room he was standing there testing the fire alarm in my room, then proceeded to have a go at me for not answering when knocking on my room door when i was clearly asleep. Bear in my he had not notified us he would be doing this. Gave 2 star cause we told estate agents was very nice about this and apologised but they said it would never happen again only for him to pop by again unannouced to check if he had room numbers on the door. Even though he knocked and asked we just found this extremely strange. Estate agents were decent just not the lanlord was very difficult to work with.

GoogleRemembered us even though our property was not being marketed through them. Knew the type of property we were looking for and matched this as soon as a suitable property was placed with them. Were helpful throughout the process, in obtaining additional details from the vendors and in particular Sarah towards the end of the purchase where matters ran close to the line.

GoogleDavid Lovett was professional in his dealings with me at all times. He is a a good communicator, keeping all parties up to speed throughout the buying/selling process. He is experienced in the industry and is adept at making progress where others would reach an impasse. David does what he says he will do and you always know where you are with him. GoogleThanks to Duncan Perry and the team my mother's house sold and completed in 9 weeks. His sharp negotiating on the selling price succeeded in enabling a good deal to be agreed between ourselves and the vendors. At all times Duncan was professional, yet friendly, being interested to learn about the history of the house, which was very personal to us as my father built the property. He was very responsive, always being available throughout the process for updates or the office would pass on messages and he would call back.
