GoogleWe just completed on the sale of our late parents’ home, arranged by Duckworths. We were very impressed by their dynamic and knowledgeable approach, having interviewed several other “same old” local agents. Duckworths professionally organised and accompanied all viewings, then negotiated with bidders to arrive at the best offer proposition. I’m pleased to say we weren’t disappointed… James, Daniel and Leanne all contributed to delivering an excellent service, keeping us informed at each stage. They also linked us with very competent Solicitors (Watson Ramsbottom), which smoothed the process even more. One final plus - they were very reasonable on fees too - a win-win! We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
