I sold my house with duckworths

I sold my house with duckworths, it wasn’t an easy ride, after falling through near completion duckworths were already on the ball and re sold it again within a week. I was very stressed throughout it all it was very traumatic ( maybe a bit dramatic ha but had a lot on at the time ) and Leanne Caitlen and Harry were absolutely fabulous they kept me calm and re assured me throughout. I have dealt with other estate agents before and since then and nothing has compared to the level of professionalism and help they offered. They kept me positive and were so helpful I wouldn’t have carried on if it wasn’t for them being so great! I recommend duckworths to everyone I speak to and will continue to do so. Thank you guys for all your help. I’m sure you know who this is by this message but I can’t thank you enough for helping me through it, treat me more like a friend than a customer and I just love that. Thank you xx

I cannot recommend Duckworth’s highly enough. After two months with another agency and no interest, I moved my property to Duckworth’s, and the difference was instant. Where do I start with how good this experience was for me? Il start on the main thing that took it from a dream to a reality and that’s Leanne. She is an absolute pot of gold at the end of a rainbow! Just bought a house in Briercliffe from Duckworths. Leanne who’s is the branch manager was absolutely amazing!! We didn’t sell through Duckworths but in Hindsight I wish we did! Leanne showed us round the property a few times before we agreed the purchase price and even though we weren’t her Clients she gave us her personal phone number and kept updating us and chasing things up on our side of things regarding our buyer which should have been done by our estate agent who we were selling with. Leanne went above and Beyond even ringing us up on weekends to update us with things. We had a nightmare with selling our house and if we ever get over the ordeal of it all and decide to sell again in the future I know who I’ll be going to 100%. I cannot thank the team at Duckworths enough. Leanne has worked tirelessly to market our property and secure viewings and kept us up to date with everything along the way. Ours was not an easy property to sell but we were inundated with viewings and managed to secure a sale. As with many people, we had the sale fall through but Leanne was straight back on it and worked closely with the owner of the property we wanted to ensure this could go still go ahead.
