GoogleWe have just bought our new house through the Burnley Office. Special shout out to Leanne, who was professional and friendly during all our interactions. Leanne was especially helpful when we hit a snag with the conveyancing on our purchase. She quickly took control, escalated the issue and unblocked the process.

GoogleLeanne of Duckworths Burnley made our viewing of a property an absolute joy. We were allowed to take our time and discuss the house from room to room, which gave us the opportunity to appreciate the surroundings Leanne was professional and knowledgeable but also had that human touch that put us at ease in what can sometimes be a difficult experience. Not only has she got a great personality but she was also able to advise and guided us through the process of buying a house.

GoogleCan’t recommend Duckworth’s enough. Leanne and Daniel have been amazing throughout the sale of our property. They helped to sell our house in less than a week. Daniel was so professional and knowledgable when he came to value the property, he was the reason we chose Duckworths! Leanne went above and beyond, her communication throughout the process was absolutely amazing! An excellent service and estate agents.

GoogleHaving dealt with other estate agents previously who had achieved no results we were dubious when instructing an agent on a recent property sale. Duckworths have been brilliant. Both James and Leanne were excellent at communication all the way through, very helpful, friendly and personable ( lacking with so many agents!) and, they got results! Would definitely recommend and would use them again. Confidence restored.

Shame i couldn't rate 0 stars. Don't bother booking. They book times with you, don't show and don't confirm bookings. Leave early and don't offer courtesy calls to check on progress. Moreover - they outright lie. Avoid at all costs. There's plenty more houses out there, and sellers will eventually learn to avoid them.
