FacebookWe were looking for our very first home, and even with us both working full time, we found trying to book viewings with other estate agents meant waiting days and often missing out. Lin from Duckworths made it really easy for us to view the houses we wanted to see, going out of her way after work to make sure she could squeeze us in! I couldn't recommend Duckworths, and especially Lin, enough, as we found our perfect house and found the moving in process really easy! Thank you Lin!

GoogleWe were interested in a bungalow in Burnley in February of 2024 and reached out to the agent which was duckworths who arranged an initial viewing keeping communications timely and enough detail. As time moved on we were able to make an offer and that having been accepted we moved to solicitors and the full purchase process. At all times the estate agents keep us focused and on track culminating in the completion and purchase of our new home. Even after the moving day Jason checked in and was keen to know how we were settling in. All in all a good experience only tested by the world wide Outage of chaps which was out of our control. The property is fantastic all that remain is to unpack fully and settle in.

Sensing our hesitation, he recommended a newly listed property that he thought would be perfect for us. He wasn't wrong! We fell in love with it immediately.Jason supported us in every way, making what can be a daunting process for first-time buyers incredibly easy and straightforward. FacebookThank you to all of the staff at Duckworths for selling my house so quickly. Jonathan thank you for putting me at ease and giving me the confidence and belief that you would sell my property. The photographer (sorry I forgot his name) was really professional when coming to take pictures and producing some amazing shots to go on the website and finally Scott and Stuart for keeping me up to date with the progress after each viewing. I would highly recommend them and I had an offer within a week of putting my property on the market. Their personal touch and their reassurance certainly made Duckworths the estate agent for me.
