She went above and beyond to help me with things that I wasn't sure on and and made it feel a lot easier during such a difficult time. GoogleLeanne was fantastic I would havent given up, it hadnt been for her sorting all matter off things out that wasnt really the estate agents role. She should be working as a solicitor and all credit to her she was amazing. Because the solicitors Watson and Ramsbottom which deals with Duckworths estate agents was an absoulte nightmare from start to finish. The first time we drove over to Chorley to hand over all cerificates eg electrical, gas service for boiler. Weeks down the road they denied I had handed over an A4 envelope with all the documents in, my partner and I were both in the reception area when I handed them in. I asked about a security camera in reception they replied they didnt have one. I then had to pay for more cerificates which wasnt cheap. They would send e-mails asking for things which I had already sent weeks prior, I had to keep a copy of everything. I had three different solicitors in total it was a nightmare. Even in the last week of completion the contract that was sent, had the wrong postcode for the property I was buying, my address where I was living was totally wrong. People couldnt beleive the incompetence of them.

GoogleAfter a difficult process of finding my first home and dealing with other estate agent companies who let me down, I ended up viewing houses with Duckworths. Jason is truly a professional and knowledgeable agent who took time during viewings to understand my personal situation and what I was looking for. Leanne was superb, she efficiently communicated with me and really put me at ease as a first time buyer. I obtained my first house through Duckworths and I cannot believe how fast and smooth the process was. Thank you so much; I would highly recommend both Jason and Leanne at Duckworths!

GoogleIf you want an estate agent who’s prepared to go far more than an extra mile, ask for Leanne at Duckworths in Burnley. She isn’t just a lovely person, she really cares about what’s going on during the sale and pulls out all the stops to help. I live on the south coast so couldn’t deal with some of the practical tasks that came up. Leanne made arrangements for everything that could have been a problem. She always gets back to you and makes well thought out suggestions as to how to make things progress smoothly. She’s restored my faith in estate agents. Thank you Leanne!

Leanne has been absolutely fantastic with all her help and guidance through this process! She’s on hand to answer any questions if and when necessary, super friendly and again, massively helpful! GoogleWould 100% recommend Duckworths to anyone looking for an estate agents. Daniel was friendly and knowledgable when valuing our house and nothing was too much trouble. The whole process has taken a long time with one thing and another but Daniel and Leanne have stayed in touch regularly keeping us updated. Leanne has been amazing, always on the end of the phone or email. She has helped in any way she can and her friendly, fun personality has made the whole process a lot easier. Nothing is too much trouble for her and she is very proactive with getting things done.

We had a few agents provide us with a valuation however after speaking to duckworths there was no question who we were going to choose and I’m glad we chose them! GoogleDuckworths act as our letting agents, on a few rental properties. The professional service from them is the complete package, delivered by a strong team with a smile. We recently sold a property, so naturally chose Duckworths for this. Very good communication during the process, and nothing was a problem for them. Absolutely shocking estate agents... I left work early last Thursday to view a property.. waited 1hr 30 no show.. as I got the last slot 5pm I could not contact them anyway. Re booked for a week later same again. 1st excuse was they was at wrong property. Same Street name different town? I said the town I wanted.... second excuse was they emailed me last week to cancel on Thursday... zero email zero call zero nothing. Avoid like the plague. Disgraceful. Useless and rude. 4hrs plus I missed working . Shocking I will never use or recommend to anybody. Lier and very unprofessional.

Daniel was knowledgeable and friendly during the initial valuation and provided us with lots of information. Leanne has been fantastic. Nothing is too much to ask and she has been proactive and helpful along the way. Her friendly, positive attitude has really helped and supported us during some stressful times. I wouldn’t have given any stars had that been an option! The initial valuation and the interaction with the staff at the Burnley team was great; they said they would do all the viewing and their speed at communication was good, however, this changed after a couple of months. It soon became apparent that most weekend and all after office hours viewings were mine to do - I was not told of this during our meeting. Communication was very poor, I had to do all the chasing for information and even when I sent emails, many of these were not replied to. I requested a couple of changes, one to the description of my outside space - this took way too long to happed and the other was to remove the advertisement board as it didn’t seem to serve any purpose other than to advertise the company, this took months! When I eventually did sell, I came home to find the board back up with a sold sign on, they did not ask if this was okay. I was unsure of my ‘dedicated agent’ but as time went on I was given to a new team member who seemed to be very inexperienced, he then moved to a division in a different county and my account moved with him.
