FacebookAmazing service from Duckworths Estate agents. Our house on Deerstone ave Burnley went on the market on the Monday and was sold for full asking price by the end of the week. Thanks to Jonathan for organising the valuation on a Saturday which made things much easier and special thanks to Jennifer Taylor for sorting the negotiations and keeping me up to date as to what was happening.

The photographer (sorry I forgot his name) was really professional when coming to take pictures and producing some amazing shots to go on the website and finally Scott and Stuart for keeping me up to date with the progress after each viewing. I would highly recommend them and I had an offer within a week of putting my property on the market. Their personal touch and their reassurance certainly made Duckworths the estate agent for me. Shocking, Had a valuation yesterday and unfortunately was cancelled at the last minute by a third party. Tried to rebook and they didn't return my call. Chased again and then said the manager had waited up the road instead of outside the house- Why? This was after i stated i was there for 45 minutes outside the house. Then declined to return. Obviously too busy and can pick and choose there clients. Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole. Wish i'd read the reviews before
