FacebookDuckworths promised we'd have a buyer for our house in 4-6 weeks and we found a buyer in 10 days! the estate agent made the process easy minus a few solicitor hiccups but as a whole they were fabulous. Within 12 weeks of viewing our dream property, we'd sold our house and had moved!

GoogleMe and my partener had put our house up with duckworths after using a different estate agents. We got an amazing offer they where doing at the time. Although our house has been on the market for a few months we have had a consistent viewings. We have been kept updated and had a phone call to discus our next steps on selling the house. Everyone we have spoken to or dealt with so far has been very professional and friendly. We have now just accepted an offer so will do another review at the end of everything. Thabkyou duckworths :)

FacebookI have had my house up for sale with other estate agents (Curtis Law being one of them, service terrible )Duckworths Estate Agents their service is brilliant, the phones are always answered, I have had so much more viewings as they really do a great job in advertising the property, all the girls Amy, Kate and all the others are so polite and knowledgeable I would advise anyone looking to sell their house definitely use Duckworths Estate Agents, only wished I would of put my house up for sale with them from the start.

Sold our house using Duckworths and they marked my sale as "chain free" and left it like this even after multiple conversations with me advising we were not chain free. Found a house me and my family loved, put an offer in and it was accepted. The buyers of my house then realised we were not chain free and threatened to back out of the sale due to this unless we could complete ASAP. Obviously I didn't want to lose the sale so agreed to this and I am now currently living with parents with my young family and paying £100 a month in storage unit fees until the house we are buying has completed.
