GoogleHaving dealt with most of the estate agents in the area over the years, Duckworths are in a league of their own. Leanne was exceptional, immediately identified the marketing errors of the previous agents and sold my house within 3 days for the amount I wanted, when 3 other estate agents had failed in the previous 18months. Caitlin and the rest of the staff kept me up to date throughout the whole process and I can’t thank them enough.

This is not a one size fits all service. It’s a highly personal, attention to detail process, from start to finish. In this world of poor, complacent customer service, working alongside Duckworths to sell our property, was a breath of fresh air.

GoogleA heartfelt thank you to Dom and the whole team at Duckworths Estate Agents, Accrington. From our very first meeting with Andrew, we felt reassured and supported. Throughout the entire process, Dom and the team were consistently brilliant, always returning calls, keeping us fully updated, and making sure nothing was ever too much trouble. The friendly phone call from Dom to say everything had gone through, along with his congratulations on the sale, meant a great deal to us. Selling our family home of 56 years was an emotional experience, and their kindness, patience, and genuine care made all the difference. They were a steady support, especially when the solicitors offered little help. The Street.co.uk app was excellent too, easy to use, with instant access to valuation reports, viewings, offers and all the information we needed. Every member of staff provided outstanding service. Professional, caring, and truly committed. We couldn’t have asked for better.

GoogleDuckworths EA Darwen provided an exceptional service. I have viewed multiple properties with Duckworths, and the estate agents were very professional. I purchased a property via Duckworths and Megan the senior sales negotiator was very polite, efficient, and helpful. Megan still remains very responsive post completion and quickly responds to emails. Megan has also sent courtesy emails daily when the seller has not yet responded. 10/10 service, highly recommend.

GoogleDom really was professional and looked after me. I had been searching for ages for the perfect forever home. The one thing that made a difference was it wasn’t just a hi when I met him for the first time it was a handshake! This is after all a business. After a couple of absolutely no go houses. Don’t forget to get your level 3 buildings survey!! I found my HOME. I moved in a few days ago. You know Duckworths sell as most of their boards don’t stay “For Sale” for long. I won’t be moving again but I will definitely recommend Duckworths for anyone house buying. Myself and my cats rate Duckworths 5/5

I sold my house with duckworths, it wasn’t an easy ride, after falling through near completion duckworths were already on the ball and re sold it again within a week. I was very stressed throughout it all it was very traumatic ( maybe a bit dramatic ha but had a lot on at the time ) and Leanne Caitlen and Harry were absolutely fabulous they kept me calm and re assured me throughout. I have dealt with other estate agents before and since then and nothing has compared to the level of professionalism and help they offered. They kept me positive and were so helpful I wouldn’t have carried on if it wasn’t for them being so great! I recommend duckworths to everyone I speak to and will continue to do so. Thank you guys for all your help. I’m sure you know who this is by this message but I can’t thank you enough for helping me through it, treat me more like a friend than a customer and I just love that. Thank you xx

Communication was excellent from the very beginning. Every question I had was answered quickly and clearly, and I was kept updated at every stage of the purchase. The staff were always friendly, approachable, and genuinely willing to help, which made a huge difference during the process. What stood out most was how professional and reliable they were. Everything was handled efficiently, viewings were arranged quickly, and they worked hard to make sure the sale progressed without unnecessary delays. I really appreciated their honesty, patience, and support throughout. It’s rare to find an estate agency that combines professionalism with great customer service, but this team definitely did.
