I recently purchased a house via Duckworths estate agents , the sale was complexed and time consuming but Rebecca and Debra at Duckworths were exceptional, friendly , efficient and customer service second to none, from agreeing the sale to the completion both ladies kept me up to date , they also chased stages with both solicitors, and liaised information with the vendor to ensure a speedy chain of information. Moving is always stressful but Duckworths offer the company van for free (just insurance for the time needed) , This was invaluable and I managed to move all the items from three different locations over the weekend. Can't rate them enough, it's been a long journey but Rebecca and Debra ( shout out for Harry relaying the messages) really helped take the stress of moving ,

Would 100% recommend Duckworths, our main contact was Rebecca however we dealt with Debbie, Rebecca and James at various points throughout the process and all were happy to help. We unfortunately ended up in quite a lengthy and complex chain, however Rebecca was a big help in assisting us to push our solicitors and the wider chain through to completion. We're so glad the property we found was with Duckworths! Rebecca and the team there has been responsive, proactive and great to work with in our property search. We were originally going to with a mortgage advisor and solicitors that a family friend recommended however after a lack of speed in confirming the solicitors, Duckworths recommended another firm who have been great to work with. They are communicative, professional and have kept us in the loop at each stage of the purchasing process. After numerous delays over a 4 week period with the advisor we were working with, Duckworths again offered assistance in recommending an alternative advisor. The alternative advisor got our mortgage approved and moving ahead within the week. At no point did Duckworths pressure any decision making and they felt as though they were there to support both the seller and the buyer. We've had a great experience working with them and would recommend them to anyone in the property market.

Can praise highly enough. From the first visit to value our home right through the whole selling process. The valuation was honest and achievable (We actually achieved £10K over) we received regular updates and assistance when required. What a great team. All the way through, I had clear communication and was never left not knowing where the sale was. Debi was contact at the start. During the sale I called the Duckworths office and Debi was unavailable. However, it didn't matter who I spoke to they helped me and knew all information. Debi was off once and Rebecca took over and was fully informed. I originally had a price in my head of what I wanted.
