GoogleWas more interested in the buyers needs not ours. Yet we are the ones paying the fees. Would never use again and have warned friends and family to give them a wide berth.

GoogleThey have no protacol for obtaining a full set of property key's from vender I was locked out from my new home for 3 day's. Due to Duckworths lack of key protacol,

GoogleOverall even though a sale was achieved, personally l was not pleased with the service. The sold sign went up far to quick twice, telephone calls ignored but answered from another number, lack of contact once sale had been agreed. And just a thank you for the monies we paid on completion would have been nice.

GoogleI can't recommend Duckworths enough, they have been more than helpfull and supportive throughout the sale of my property, even before I instructed them to sell. They keep intouch constantly and guide you every step of the way. If you are looking for an estate agent you can tryst to get the job done well then give them a call.

GoogleThe property I wanted was being marketed by Duckworths. The experience was made as stress free as possible by the entire team but in particular we dealt with Debbie who was always friendly and approachable. We had multiple viewings which were arranged in a timely and professional manner with minimal fuss. There was excellent communication right up to completion. Thank you Duckworths.

GoogleI visited Duckworths today and was met with a lady called Leanne, who works in the office and deals with all customers....what an absolute diamond she is!! Leanne was highly knowledgeable, extremely personable and very professional in the way she dealt with me. Her expertise and guidance helped me to make a house purchase decision. Great service from Duckworths (through Leanne).

GoogleI have just sold my property through Leanne at Duckworths Burnley. She is an absolute superstar who has gone above and beyond to sell my house for me. I've had a few knock backs selling my house previously due to problems with an extension that was on the house when I originally bought it. Leanne has provided me with the very best service and advice from start to finish. She found me the best purchaser for my situation. I 100% recommend her to anyone.

All updates on the progress of the sale were shared in a timely manner and all the information was given with total transparency. We were let down twice and she worked tirelessly to ensure we got a sale and got a good price on our house. She was instrumental in securing the sale and ensuring that all contracts were signed.
