GoogleBrilliant estate agents. Very honest, trustworthy and reliable. Leanne and her team were very supportive and go above and beyond their normal duties as estate agents. Its those small personal touches that have such a great impact people and make the experience smooth and pleasant :) Ps. Their prices are very reasonable and I would recommend with confidence.

GoogleLeanne and the team have been absolutely fantastic with the service delivery and professionalism they have shown throughout the process of selling our home. If you want to sell your home then do not look any further than Duckworths ! 5 star doesn’t seem enough for the hard work they put in to the process

GoogleLee Ann from Duckworths has been a brilliant agent to deal with - from the first time I met her at our now new home back in October 22 up until finally being able to collect our keys from the Agency in Burnley today. Very knowledgeable about the area and also about the property that she is selling . Her colleague Daniel also spoke with me periodically and I found him to be just as supportive. Thank you Duckworths

GoogleAfter being on the market unsuccessfully with Pettys and several fall throughs I reached out to Duckworths as I could see they had sold the property next door. Leanne found me 3 buyers instantly and got me full asking price which I had previously been told was unachievable through other agents. Leanne updated me and helped me every step of the way and the sale completed very quickly. I would definitely recommend to anyone and would never use another agent again! Thank you :)

GoogleI recommended Leanne to a landord friend of mine and she has taken his properties to market and already completed on one property and has 3 more under offer. Tom is very impressed with her confident and pleasant approach on all fronts. She has been very efficient and keeps all aspects of selling uptodate and very informative on the process.

GoogleBrilliant team & fantastic service! Leanne and Daniel have both been so helpful. I had an offer on my house within the week. I would recommend them to anyone thinking about putting their house on the market.

GoogleExceptional service from day one, through to completion. They handled the difficult issues with an inexperienced buyer with professionalism. Their partner property management agency, Discover Property were equally exceptional. Thank you. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again

GoogleDelighted with the service from Leanne. She sold our mums house to people who were going to love it. She was on top of all instructions, always available on the end of the phone and was amazing at contacting us and communicating where we were at. We will use Duckworths again.

GoogleJust want to say thank you to Leanne at Burnley Duckworths! She's been amazing right from the start of our journey, she's helped us overcome problems, been available at all times to offer support and advice and she actually found us the property we have gone on to buy! We are moving in on Monday and she's also rang to congratulate us and wish us all the best and all the little things have really made it an overall lovely experience - thanks leanne!

GoogleIf you want an estate agent who’s prepared to go far more than an extra mile, ask for Leanne at Duckworths in Burnley. She isn’t just a lovely person, she really cares about what’s going on during the sale and pulls out all the stops to help. I live on the south coast so couldn’t deal with some of the practical tasks that came up. Leanne made arrangements for everything that could have been a problem. She always gets back to you and makes well thought out suggestions as to how to make things progress smoothly. She’s restored my faith in estate agents. Thank you Leanne!

GoogleOn behalf of my sisters and myself, we have to say that Duckworths have been absolutely amazing from start to finish with the sale of our late mothers property. They went above and beyond and always kept us in the loop with everything. Daniel and Leanne were so professional and couldn’t help enough with any queries we had. I can’t recommend this estate agent highly enough. Thankyou Duckworths! You were amazing!
