Duckworth's were the local agents but we found their service fragmented and updates were infrequent, and I had to chase them for these. We chose Duckworth's over Keenan's estate agents but Keenan's contacted me regularly and appeared ore proactive and hungry to obtain our business and offer us support and advice around our house sale. The thing that let the service down was the lack of updated information and advertisement was not as we were lead to believe on their initial sales pitch. The staff were pleasant and easy to deal with, local offices very convenient.
