GoogleDebbie and Rebecca have been fantastic throughout the process from the viewing to collecting the keys. There were delays which were out of our control but they kept me up to date right the way through and I can’t thank them enough. It’s a fantastic local company and you shouldn’t have any doubt they are the best!

GoogleCan't praise them or Debi highly enough. A few stressful issues in moving house which were nothing to do with Duckworths, but they helped ease us through them and always acted in our best interests. An absolute pleasure to deal with and will certainly use again should we ever decide to move.

GoogleWhat a great team. All the way through, I had clear communication and was never left not knowing where the sale was. Debi was contact at the start. During the sale I called the Duckworths office and Debi was unavailable. However, it didn't matter who I spoke to they helped me and knew all information. Debi was off once and Rebecca took over and was fully informed. I originally had a price in my head of what I wanted. Duckworths gave me some great advice and got me £25k more than I thought I would get. Thank you to all the team and to Angie Guest (Blackburn office) who recommended Duckworths in Darwen.

We recently sold a property, so naturally chose Duckworths for this. Very good communication during the process, and nothing was a problem for them. Leanne has been absolutely fantastic with all her help and guidance through this process! She’s on hand to answer any questions if and when necessary, super friendly and again, massively helpful! GoogleHaving dealt with other estate agents previously who had achieved no results we were dubious when instructing an agent on a recent property sale. Duckworths have been brilliant. Both James and Leanne were excellent at communication all the way through, very helpful, friendly and personable ( lacking with so many agents!) and, they got results! Would definitely recommend and would use them again. Confidence restored.

GoogleWould 100% recommend Duckworths to anyone looking for an estate agents. Daniel was friendly and knowledgable when valuing our house and nothing was too much trouble. The whole process has taken a long time with one thing and another but Daniel and Leanne have stayed in touch regularly keeping us updated. Leanne has been amazing, always on the end of the phone or email. She has helped in any way she can and her friendly, fun personality has made the whole process a lot easier. Nothing is too much trouble for her and she is very proactive with getting things done.
