GoogleI recently bought and sold with duckworths and the experience was pleasant. I didn't need to worry about anything, everything was taken care of by Amy with the viewings of my property and the one I was buying and Michelle who negotiated between us n buyers n sellers. I had regular updates on both sale and purchase which meant I was not chasing anything it was all done for me. GoogleWe decided to use Duckworth's to sell our house as they were the most competitively priced. Unfortunately as a seller they weren't interested in our desires or wishes and prioritized the buyer. Will not be using them again. Would've been a one star review but Steven in their Accrington Office saved them from this.

FacebookI would recommend Duckworths Estate Agents in particular James Fiddian for his professionalism, knowledge and honest conversation. I have encountered a few EA’s who knew nothing about a property which can be really frustrating when you’re spending a lot of money for a sort time to look around. This hasn’t been the case with James. Thank you so much. 😀

Viewed one of their properties they are selling made a offer on the property but Duckworths estate agents couldn't be bothered to tell me the offer was rejected or asked if I wanted to make a higher offer. Very poor service for a potential buyer and the vender of the property

FacebookThank you to the Accrington branch for the quick sale of my mother in law property, even though there was a few hiccups. Had so many different agents through out contacting us. As this was our first time selling a property we were not sure if this is what happens. Was kept informed through out the sale until near completion then we heard nothing from them. I was informed by our conveyancer that the sale was completed on the date it did complete and could I drop the keys the day before at Duckworths. I did so and the gentleman was unaware of the completion date. I don't really know how it works but the sold sign finally went up 1 day before the completion date and only because I kept getting on to them. They did apologies for this error. Thank you so much for your service.

FacebookShocking service, communication and feedback! Was promised the dream by Duckworths, turned into a nightmare! Too many issues to list here… but fundamentally they breached my contract with them. Took my sale to another local estate agent and they sold my house within 24 hours! Just shows what a decent show can offer!

FacebookI can not praise & recommend this estate agent more, they made the sale of my house so easy and stress free, they kept me well informed, listened to me and helped ease any worries the whole way through, if I was transferred to another branch they they were more than happy to help and gave me the time needed. Special thank you to Chris & Michelle at the Accrington branch! Highly recommend and the cheapest quote I got too….thank you so much for everything! It was worth every penny!
