An offer had been made, and accepted, on a property managed by Duckworths Estate Agents. Despite this, they continued to promote it, as available, on social media. Astounding! Nice to find a company who acts with integrity. Bad estate agents. AVOID. NB. ONLY MAKE AN OFFER IF YOU WANT TO BE MESSED ABOUT.

The communication from solicitors was dire and the sales progression team at Duckworth's (Michelle) became the driving force in sealing our completion. Throughout this highly stressful time, Michelle was in constant contact with us; giving regular updates and helping us with any enquiries we had. She was professional yet approachable and is clearly very experienced. GoogleMe and my partener had put our house up with duckworths after using a different estate agents. We got an amazing offer they where doing at the time. Although our house has been on the market for a few months we have had a consistent viewings. We have been kept updated and had a phone call to discus our next steps on selling the house. Everyone we have spoken to or dealt with so far has been very professional and friendly. We have now just accepted an offer so will do another review at the end of everything. Thabkyou duckworths :)
