They tell me they have 7 or 8 people interested and that's without any photos
They seem to have done a lot of work already. They only came out to see the place once... They will do for me.
I will be ready. To let them take photos soon. Highly recommend them from my experience so far and what I've seen and been told about other sales.

Even though the vendor was clearly having second thoughts about selling their home they pushed us to go ahead and pay £390 for a survey on the property which they then decided not to sell and left us high and dry! Be very careful entering into any business with these low lifes!

Whilst we sympathise with your situation and we fully appreciate the stress and strain that moving house can cause however at no point during the process has Duckworths Estate Agents acted in bad faith. The survey you instructed upon the property was conducted on the 29th of May. We were notified by the vendors Of their decision to withdraw from the sale on the 19th of June. Within this period the vendors had continued to progress the sale. On the 4th of June they agreed to a shorter timescale on a proposed date for exchange and completion after dialogue with your solicitor. All of this information is stored on file, our reputation means more to our company than a fee and we now strongly recommend that you register a complaint with The Property Ombudsman so that your accusations can be investigated throughly so that you will have the confidence that Duckworths have acted in a professional manner at all times. If you would like to discuss this matter further before you raise a complaint with the TPO then please email jonathan@duckworthsea.co.uk

GoogleMixed feelings about my experience when I sold my house. Initially very good service, valuation was very upbeat and advert went up quick and efficiently.
Appointment system for viewings just didn't work. I had people turning up saying they had appointments but Duckworths didn't know?
Then I secured a buyer via Facebook and once that happened, I stopped getting updates. I had to do the leg run myself when I shouldn't have.
No explanation just an apology at the end when I complained about this.
Would I instruct them again? No...
