FacebookBrittany was absolutely amazing, she managed to keep me informed the whole way through my purchase of my property and also the sale of my property (that was with another estate agent). She was on the ball all the way through, and made what was an extremely stressful time, so much easier. She's an absolute credit to the Darwen team. The service was second to non.

FacebookI have had my house up for sale with other estate agents (Curtis Law being one of them, service terrible )Duckworths Estate Agents their service is brilliant, the phones are always answered, I have had so much more viewings as they really do a great job in advertising the property, all the girls Amy, Kate and all the others are so polite and knowledgeable I would advise anyone looking to sell their house definitely use Duckworths Estate Agents, only wished I would of put my house up for sale with them from the start.

Sold our house using Duckworths and they marked my sale as "chain free" and left it like this even after multiple conversations with me advising we were not chain free. Found a house me and my family loved, put an offer in and it was accepted. The buyers of my house then realised we were not chain free and threatened to back out of the sale due to this unless we could complete ASAP. Obviously I didn't want to lose the sale so agreed to this and I am now currently living with parents with my young family and paying £100 a month in storage unit fees until the house we are buying has completed.

FacebookVery professional agency and not complacent in their approach. Put our property on the market in September and completed today. Very good at dealing with the numerous viewings, taking the hassle away from the vendor! Thanks to Andrew and all the staff in the Darwen office!

GoogleVery difficult to contact as phones always seem to go to voice messaging promising a call back which never happens. After a week I gave up. Maybe a fault with their phones. Who knows.........NegativeResponsiveness
