GoogleAfter a difficult process of finding my first home and dealing with other estate agent companies who let me down, I ended up viewing houses with Duckworths. Jason is truly a professional and knowledgeable agent who took time during viewings to understand my personal situation and what I was looking for. Leanne was superb, she efficiently communicated with me and really put me at ease as a first time buyer. I obtained my first house through Duckworths and I cannot believe how fast and smooth the process was. Thank you so much; I would highly recommend both Jason and Leanne at Duckworths!

Shocking, Had a valuation yesterday and unfortunately was cancelled at the last minute by a third party. Tried to rebook and they didn't return my call. Chased again and then said the manager had waited up the road instead of outside the house- Why? This was after i stated i was there for 45 minutes outside the house. Then declined to return. Obviously too busy and can pick and choose there clients. Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole. Wish i'd read the reviews before

Abused my trust lied saying a cash offer was not let protenial buyers keep the keys before completion moved some belongings in put the electric back on sale did not complete do not rate them at the Burnley office

GoogleWould 100% recommend Duckworths, our main contact was Rebecca however we dealt with Debbie, Rebecca and James at various points throughout the process and all were happy to help. We unfortunately ended up in quite a lengthy and complex chain, however Rebecca was a big help in assisting us to push our solicitors and the wider chain through to completion. I know where I’ll be going if we decide to buy/sell in future!

He’s a genuine person and was always honest and open with us with the sale of our house and purchase of another.
