GoogleDonald Ross have to be the worst, most dishonest and unprofessional estate agents I have ever come across. Their staff and management are arrogant, sly and don't think twice about twisting the truth. There are far better estate agents out there who won't try to rip you off and do a far better job. Donald Ross should be ashamed of the way they do business.

GoogleI had a great experience from start to finnish. Staff where extremely well mannered, warm and professional. They kept me informed through every step of selling my home and sold it in a matter of weeks. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Initially with the valuation from James, the prompt response to get the pictures taken and it going on the market within 48 of this happening. Nicola for the continual contact and updates and best of all getting an offer yesterday which we accepted, this was within 2 working days of it being on the market. delighted to say the least π π x

Claire, Viewing Lady so helpful, Maureen, Negotiator very professional and kept me calm, James managed to get our house on the market within 48 hours of meeting us! Would definitely recommend this Estate Agency.

FacebookDid not enjoy my time being a tenant with Donald ross. We rented in Ayr and at first it was a quick move in all smooth. But just throughout the tenancy when we tried to contact donald ross it took weeks to get things resolved, we asked 4 times for the βfor rentβ sign to be taken away and it took around 2 months to be taken but as soon as we phoned with our move out day the sign was up again in a day. We are still waiting on our deposit and havent heard anything, everytime we phoned everyone just sounded like they didnt want to be there and like we should know everything. Wasnt the best and wont rent from again.

FacebookThroughout the years Iβve used Donald Ross both in purchasing and selling properties and more recently they were extremely helpful and professional in providing me with sound advice on purchasing a property within a city well out-with there area. A first class company and as with all the best companies its the staff that are to be commended,professional,approachable and friendly throughout all the processes Iβve had. Definately 5 stars all the way and should be the first port of call for anyone selling/renting there property in the Ayrshire area. Thanks again for all your help.

James who valued my property was approachable and extremely knowledgeable. He took first class photographs and nothing was too much trouble.
