FacebookWe honestly could not recommend Donald Ross highly enough! They treated selling our house as important as if they were selling their own, keeping us constantly up to date and made the whole process quick and stress free! We can't thank you all enough for such fantastic service!

FacebookThe biggest mistake we made was not choosing Donald Ross in the first place. We initially put our property up for sale with another agent in Ayr ... Huge mistake! We moved to Donald Ross, from the moment we walked into the Ayr office the service was exceptional. Maureen was fantastic, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly actually interested in selling our property. Didn't matter who I spoke to in the office the service was always excellent. Fantastic service, would definitely recommend

FacebookSold our house through Donald Ross in July and have nothing but positive feedback. The communication by Maureen in Ayr, who looked after us from start to end, was excellent and could not recommend more to anyone looking to buy or sell

FacebookSelling and buying with Donald Ross has been a great experience . From the very first from James i knew they would do their best to sell our property . We sold within two weeks with our property going to a closing date and we very happy with the price we achieved. We had numerous viewers who all commented on how professional DR had been and how efficient they had been. With the majority of our viewers being known to DR we really felt that they sold our house and promoted it well. When it came to buying we were very glad to finally find our home through DR . They have made what is a very stressful time that little bit easier . All staff are extremely professional , kind and efficient . Special mention to Nicola for always being happy to help. Would definitely recommend.

FacebookI would highly recommend Donald Ross if you're thinking of selling your home. They were at all times professional & courteous and didn't hesitate to go that extra mile in ensuring my property sale went through quickly and smoothly. The teams at both Donald Ross in Kilmarnock and Ayr are without exception fantastic at their jobs and will not let you down.

FacebookOnly gave 1 star because I couldn't give none. Was charged for references which isn't allowed in Scotland and despite good references other people were allowed to view and someone else given the property at a rent which it was implied was offered above the asking rate. This smells of sharp practice to me. With regard to your reply we were given no option as to who we used for references or we would have used a free reference agency instead of wasting £130 . I have been notified today by rightmove that the house is back on the rental market so apparently the other deal fell through whereas we could now have been in the property and the landlords would have been receiving rent.
