Donald Ross kept us well informed as we searched for a property in South Ayrshire. Staff were very helpful in viewings and at the purchase process. Seem to always have a number of properties on the go and we can understand why.

Would highly recommend Donald Ross and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in future. Tracey and Gavin provided a great customer service and couldn’t help enough with any queries we had on both our purchase and sale. Tracey kept me updated on a daily basis with feedback from viewers, scheduled appointments etc. Our house sold within a week at a closing date at a price we were delighted with.

An efficient and effective service from Donald Ross Residential. Excellent communication throughout the process from the initial contact with Gavin Urquhart to the final call from Jen confirming the sale. The Home Report and brochure were completed very quickly and our property was on the market within a week. Office staff were always helpful and polite throughout.

Absolutely delighted with service from property valuation through to the sale of my property. Had a few valuations booked in but after meeting Gavin we knew we wanted to go with Donald Ross. He was very, friendly, professional and very honest about whole procedure and made us feel at ease. All viewings were made via email or via Tracey in the office which was really easy and were always kept well informed. The constant contact, friendliness and total professionalism from both Tracey and Gavin was completely faultless and we would highly recommend Donald Ross to sell your house.We also ended up buying a house which was also marketed by Donald Ross and in this current market we viewed a lot of houses and dealt with a lot of estate agents and can honestly say Donald Ross was definitely the Best

We have had a wonderful and quick experience with Claire at Donald Ross. We had put in a verbal offer before even viewing a house, the client wanted us to view it first so that’s what we did. Claire met us at the property, let us take as much time as we needed then had a chat with us about our offer. An hour later she was calling us to say our offer had been accepted and we are over the moon to start our new adventure! Would highly recommend this company to friends and family.

Both Gavin and Maureen provided exceptional service from the very beginning to the end of the selling process as they both provided us with great advice and regularly kept us up-to-date. They were always on the other end of the phone to answer any of our questions, no matter how silly they seemed (especially for first-time sellers like ourselves). The whole process was done as efficiently and well-executed as you would hope when selling your home and we will definitely be recommending them.

Donal Ross are an outstanding estate agents. From the first moment we contacted them right through the selling process they were fast, enthusiastic and extremely professional.They sold our property the day after the board was erected and when our buyers found they had lost their mortgage due to being on furlough, Donald Ross re-erected their board and sold our home again the next day for a higher price than the first buyers!My sister & I, cannot rate them high enough!!
