TrustpilotFantastic service
From a base point of not having any idea how to proceed when I suddenly was faced with selling my parents' home, Donald Ross stepped in and did everything seamlessly. I need not have worried - they are very professional and they really know their business. They led me through the process, explained everything and communicated with me at all stages. I was also encouraged to phone them with any questions or concerns I had. My parents' house sold in three days for a very good price, without me even having to go to a closing date, so a great result for me and my family. I can highly recommend Donald Ross and their staff to anyone.

TrustpilotFirst Class Selling Experience with Donald Ross
Our first time selling a property and we are delighted we chose Donald Ross. The professionalism & knowledge of the local market from Gavin was clear on his first visit to our property. His valuation was spot on.From instructing Donald Ross to market our home, the speed of their organisation of the Home Report and the Brochure was impressive. They understood the urgency of us requiring to have our home on the market as soon as possible, and they didn’t let us down. From the professional photographs to the quality of the brochure, the marketing of our home was first class. We were constantly kept up to date throughout the viewing process, receiving daily feedback from the viewers. Tracey was always on hand with any queries and assistance when deciding on which offer to accept, and when push came to shove towards the end of the buying process, Tracey was there ensuring the process came to a swift conclusion, for which we are really grateful. An excellent experience from start to finish for the reasons stated above, we’ll definitely be using Donald Ross for any future property matters.

TrustpilotA very positive experience.
After 6 months of viewing houses, submitting ever increasing offers, and still loosing out, we took the advice of Helen Hunter, and went for it, with the house we have now successfully bought. Advise, and feedback have been excellent, from all at Donald Ross, either face to face, or on the phone. So much better than all the others, where we missed out. We now have the house, and location, we have been looking for all this time. Actually glad now, that we did not get the other houses. A very positive experience. Thank you!

TrustpilotNew overseas landlord experience
I have previously used Donald Ross for their estate agent services and always been impressed with their professionalism. This is the first time I’ve used their letting agent services. Whilst they may not be the lowest cost option, the services they’ve provided to me as an overseas landlord, unable to get back to give any on site assistance due to Covid, have been above and beyond my expectations. Every step of the process in preparing the property for rental, has been dealt with efficiently and professionally, with good communication, when needed. I would highly recommend their services!

Great selling experience from the outset, I was really apprehensive about selling after a stressful experience some years ago but this time it couldn’t have been simpler, and my flat had an offer within the week, delighted. I would completely recommend Donald Ross.
