The team made the process straightforward and stress-free, owing to their excellent communication and service throughout while the price achieved was above my initial expectations.They were always on hand whenever I had a question and the fact they operate 7 days was really helpful, both for answering any questions but also for communicating with potential purchasers over the weekend.

I recently used Gavin and the team at Donald Ross for the sale of my house and it was seamless and hassle free from start to finish. Each and every member of the team that I dealt with were fantastic. It felt like they all knew my property and were committed to achieving the best price. The 7 day a week working that they offer was great as I received viewing requests on a Sunday after my house going on the market on the Saturday. To have it sold by the following Thursday was brilliant and really took the pressure off. I would not hesitate in going back to Donald Ross in the future.

I met with four agencies in the beginning to find the one that would suit us the best and it was Donald Ross from the very first meeting I had with Tracey Oakley. Immediately, I felt that this lady was the perfect person to sell our home. Professional and pleasant, her enthusiasm put me at ease straight away. I would like to thank all the staff, (hopefully I have named everyone) Helen, Maureen and Nicola, who kept us informed, booked our viewings and just made everything so much easier for us. They were always pleasant and promptly answered all our queries throughout the process of selling our home, our lives were a lot less stressful because of this. Many thanks to you all and a big Thank You to Tracey Oakley. We highly recommend Donald Ross, they are the best.

GoogleAlthough we did not chose bonds as our estate agents to sell our own property, we did purchase a property which was on sale through them. They made the whole process so much easier. Every single member of staff we dealt with was professional and more than helpful. Especially Melvin who we dealt with at the start. He called when he said he would and kept us informed of anything they had been made aware of regarding any updates. Unfortunately Melvin was taken ill close to Christmas so we dealt with Graham and a few other team members who were also very experienced team members and kept us fully informed as much as possible. (We wish you a speedy recovery Melvin) I couldn't recommend them enough. They are a fantastic team and all pull together and work with one another. They really do put their clients first, whether you are using them for your sale or a purchase through them. Thank you to you all All the best Mel & Mark

GoogleWe moved home at the start of this year and found Bond were excellent - they handled the sale of our old property and also the purchase of the new one so all in-house and extremely efficient. Always went above and beyond and couldn't fault the service. Would recommend to anyone.

GoogleI sent an email to Bond asking lots of (probably quite annoying) advice from a first time buyers perspective. I sent the same email to multiple estate agents and Bond was the only one that replied swiftly giving a really detailed, personalised, honest email. I didn't feel like they were trying to sway me either way and I just really appreciated the time taken to respond, particularly as I wasn't actually inquiring about a particular property. Thank you to Lee for taking the time! :)
