We have now sold two properties with Donald Ross and The process was faultless from start to finish. From the valuation to the property being being advertised, viewers arranged and sold - all happened in a matter of weeks. Great advice and support through what can be a very overwhelming time. The full team were great at keeping in contact especially Maureen who was always on the other end of the phone . Thanks again

TrustpilotVery satisfied customer
Very professional service. From Gavin Urquhart, who gave me excellent advice and the confidence to go ahead with my purchase and sale, to the girls in the office who kept me notified of viewing appointments and results. I would highly recommend Donald Ross to anyone in the housing market.

TrustpilotExcellent service
I used Donald Ross on recommendation of a nieghbour who had just sold his house. While I predominantly dealt with Gavin Urquhart and Maureen McInnes, I did have contact with other staff during the process. All were professional, friendly, down to earth and a pleasure to deal with. And importantly, easy to get in touch with when necessary. I was notified by email of every individual viewing which allowed me to tailor my schedule to suit prospective purchasers. I can thoroughly recommend Donald Ross to anyone looking for a reliable Estate Agent

TrustpilotProperty Purchase
Dealt with Ayr office whilst viewing and subsequently purchasing a property. At short notice I requested a viewing, followed by a second viewing days later, both of which which were facilitated by veru helpful staff. I dealt with Maureen who dealt with bids and negotiations and can only say the service from start to finish was very professional and extremely efficient. I would definitely recommend the use of this company.

TrustpilotExcellent
Everything about this experience of selling our home was excellent. We saw a few estate agents but Fraser easily convinced that we could expect the most professional service from Donald Ross. The listing went live late on a Friday afternoon and we had a great offer that we accepted less than 48 hours later. Nicola and Maureen were great and it was good to have staff around over the weekend. Maureen was superlative. She seemed to have a great relationship with viewers before they arrived here and was a source of calm, authoritative guidance through the whole process. Highly recommended
