Fantastic experience selling my house with LIN & Cathy at DM & CO in Shirley.Selling your loved home can be extremely stressful.But I can say hand on heart, Lin and Cathy completely took the stress out of this. I would highly recommend using DM & CO when selling or purchasing your home.

Just brilliant!

I decided to give DM & Co in Dorridge a try as Lisa was friendly, knowledgeable and honest on a achievable sale price.Matt was my sales guy and what a brilliant young man he is! He went through the process of what to expect & seemed genuinely excited to sell my parent’s property. Between him & Alex (shout out to him too) potential buyers were shown round, who were in a position to buy and before long a sale agreed.I was then handed over to Lynne in Sales Progression. An all round superstar as it was not an easy sale & fell through at the 11th hr after a ridiculous reduction was demanded from the ‘buyer’. I pulled out.Back to Matt to remarket. Totally unphased he told me not to worry. He was right. A few days later a sale was agreed and a higher price achieved. The sale was quick & fairly smooth with Lynne liaising all the way.A few months later we decided to sell our home slightly out of DM’s usual area. I didn’t hesitate to call DM & Co.Again Lisa was great and Matt was my Sales Negotiator. Just over 48hrs after going ‘live’ a sale was agreed. Again this was a tough sale & Lynne worked tirelessly to juggle all the balls in the air to smooth the way. It was a stressful time but Lynne was fantastic to me and we got there in the end. Thank you lovely lady!I’ve used DM & Co twice in under a year. They’ve sold 2 houses for a very satisfactory price, achieving sales quickly. They’re very competitive in their pricing and there’s no one within the company that I’ve spoken to who hasn’t been anything other than courteous and lovely.For me, Matt and Lynne have been outstanding, I can’t thank them enough. Their unwavering faith that we’ll achieve the end goal is reassuring to say the least and they kept their word, twice! I wouldn’t hesitate to use again or recommend them.Thanks to everyone involved. The Amazing Sandra

I had a viewing in windmill road gillingham on saturday I was early for my appointment and greeted by sandra. I have had lots of viewings with other estate agents recently but sandra was def the best. Her professionalism was amazing she was very honest which is rare for most estate agents :) and she knew everything about each room before we stepped in it. Sandra's knowledge of the area was great regarding parking near by facilities. Clearly she did her research before the viewing. I feel she is a real credit to the company and everybody should learn from her how to conduct a viewing in a professional way. She should be the face of customer experience for the whole industry not just hunters. I understand this is a sales environment and results won't always reflect how good or valuable a person is but hunters def should invest in this one for long term as the old saying goes people buy from people. Thank you so much Sandra :)

I have just use DM & Co's services to let a refurbished buy to let properly. It went on the market at 10am last Wednesday and a deposit was left by our new tenant by 4 pm same day. One star is too much for them

One star is too much for them. I came for a viewing on 08.07 at W4 3AA with Riff Hassain, the address which was confirmed twice: the day before and an hour before viewing. I was waiting for an hour with 6 more peoples and agency secretary replied like: will be there in 5 minutes, or she is inside of the property, she is in the car on the corner as we all called from time to time from different numbers.Nasty disgrace, I have spent time to travel and half of my Saturday on this. No-one even apologies on it, Shame to treat your clients like that

I am incredibly disappointed

I am incredibly disappointed. The agency passes me a flat in awful condition, full of dust and cobwebs around the windows. Moreover, the paint is going out of the walls, leaving the dark wholes/spots, and it doesn't look very pleasant. The previous tenants left pudding or whatever it was under and around the fridge. I had lost my nails trying to scrape this stinking dust. I have to mention that the top of the fridge was also covered of 5 mm of dust with fat from a cooker, which made it even harder to clean. It took me three days to clean the flat to prepare it to bring my staff. I feel cheated and disrespected. I had texted the agency, and no one even tried to text me back. When I came to the agency, I didn't even hear an apology, but I was told that my expectations/standards are too high and the flat is in a suitable condition. Do I really have too high expectations, guys, or is it just the agency's too low standards?I just regret that I didn't start making the photos and videos at the beginning when it was much worst.

Absolutely awful company

Absolutely awful company, all they did was show up and open the door.Didn't push the property, potential buyers were having to ask for information about the house and area. After several accepted offers were withdrawn in under 24 hours, we decided to cancel our instruction to with them.They were very rude and dismissive of our reasons to leave them. We had to ask for the return of our keys, which later one of the keys was just thrown onto the porch floor, compromising the security of the property, another 36 hours before the other key was returned. Disgusting.

I worked with the Solihull branch to sell my home recently (Jan 21 - completed Apr 21). The team were attentive and took the time to understand my requirements.Once instructed, photos were taken next day, the particulars were created a day or so after. It was on the market within a couple of days from instruction.The viewings were well organised, with instant alerts via text and email. The property was sold quickly, their sales progression manager kept me up to date when required - this was very reassuring, throughout the sale, especially during the completion phase.Highly recommended, great service, friendly team - 11/10
