After waiting over an hour and a half for a letting agent that never showed up I was not happy, I had taken time off my work to view this flat just for it to be wasted, I contacted Dj Alexander that afternoon and asked for an explanation and a new date to view the property, I was told I would get a call first thing the next working day regarding the problem. This did not happen. I called again and spoke to an advisor named Harry, he wasn’t able to help me right away with a new appointment but proceeded to email me and keep me updated he was also extremely apologetic and I felt my complaint was actually getting taken seriously. I got a call a few hours later from Harry with a new appointment that fitted my work schedule meaning I didn’t have to take more time off.My experience wasn’t great with DJ Alexander but I’m thankful Harry was able to rectify the situation with no further stress on me. Harry you’re class, thanks again.

Our bathroom ceiling fell in on…

Our bathroom ceiling fell in on Saturday 7th May, due to a leak coming from upstairs which is a DJ Alexander owned property. There was no emergency contact in existence, we got a voicemail message telling us to deal with it ourselves and get back in touch when the office opened Monday.On the Tuesday someone came and resealed the bath as a temporary repair and we were told they were quoting for a full renovation of the bathroom. Our letting agent had a temp repair done on our ceiling but were understandably reluctant to do a full repair until upstairs had been fully repaired so it didn't just happen again. We are now on July 4th, almost two months since the incident and DJ Alexander have done nothing. They have ignored multiple calls and emails from our letting agent, as well as from our neighbour renting the above property. So we are now still stuck with a temp repair only, which we've had to have re-secured as the leak is still coming through, and is now visibly spreading to more of our ceiling. The damp from the leak is now also spreading to our kitchen which is next door to the bathroom. Our flat is becoming unsafe, through no fault of our letting agent, and completely on DJ Alexander!

A company completely ignore tenant

Arrogant letting company with no service Tried to contact 3 times get 1 response that didn't answer me any questions about dog friendly flat. Seem they don't have any but didn't bother to advise, I will try my best to avoid any flat from this company. No body know if they will just ignore your request when you need their response for maintenance or deposit refund. So I shared my experience hope this help others tenant when they looking for flat.

The worst experience I’ve ever had with…

The worst experience I’ve ever had with an agency. I’ve been a landlord for over 30 years and never had such a dreadful experience. Both myself and the tenant aren’t happy with their communication skills, they have no idea what is going as there are so many different departments and when they quote you on maintenance work they over charge you a ridiculous amount. Beware because even though they say they will try to help you out if your not happy with the 12 month contract this is untrue and I’m now having to fully manage my flat but pay for their services. Please DO NOT USE them .

Really friendly and helpful

While I did have to wait a fair while on hold, that's understandable with how busy it is at the moment. Once I got through and spoke to Yasemin, she was really friendly and helpful. She gave me advice on how to deal with my specific situation and tried to help as much as she was able.
