GoogleI want to share how grateful I am for Saif Tufail’s help resolving a bed bug issue in my flat. I won’t pretend the start was easy, there were some delays early on, and I know that’s often out of an individual’s hands when everything needs landlord sign-off first, which understandably takes time.
But Saif communicated clearly, kept me updated, and made sure the treatment actually got sorted. I’m now sleeping soundly in a treated flat with a new bed, and honestly, that peace of mind means a lot.
