We've been renting a property through DJ Alexander due nearly a year. Ailie Stewart has been our point of contact during that time, and she's been great. We've had some maintenance issues in the flat which have taken time to address, but Ailie has helped us by getting in touch with the maintenance team for us. Ailie is also quick to answer questions we have, she is very approachable and professional.

My property relationship manager Gabrielle Kirkness prompty connected me to a contractor who was able to rectify the fault on my patio door . I’d tried to effect a repair but the contractor was able to fully adjust door settings . All done in a short time at my convenience.

GoogleTHEY TRY TO REMOVE HONEST REVIEWS- Do not rent from these guys. They will do everything they can to keep the deposit even if you left the flat spotless. They will make up absurd charges to leave you out of pocket. It took four months to get any deposit through a third party- THIS COMPANY OFFERED £9.50 WHICH IS AN INSULT. Thankfully the deposit scheme saw sense and offered back a majority of the money after 4 months of waiting. Such a horrible was to end my tenancy and my 3 years in Edinburgh.

GoogleOur Sales Valuer, James Coyle, was truly wonderful. The sale of our flat was complicated due to cladding, but James set out realistic expectations and was professional throughout. All potential viewings were screened and details sent to ourselves which kept us up to date and informed. James was full of insight and tactics to assist us through the whole process. We are delighted to say that we listed, had an offer within 21 days, and completed the sale in less than two months, far exceeding our expectations. The professional service from DJ Alexander, their in-house photography and marketing team, and James as our main point of contact, I would highly recommend.

The support we have received from the property team recently has been great. When we had a plumbing issue at our flat in Newington, our Property Relationship Manager, Gabrielle Kirkness, was prompt and proactive in suggesting solutions. This made a potentially stressful situation much easier to manage and resolve.

My experience of DJ Alexander service has been fantastic recently. Your staff are friendly, helpful and responsive. I would highlight in particular Anna Scott who has been so supportive in relation to end of tenancy for a flat in Newington. Just a great experience which has made a potentially stressful time so much less so.

GoogleI had an issue with the secure entry key to my building, and the team helped arrange replacement keys for me. The new keys are working much better and the whole process was handled efficiently. Gabrielle Kirkness, Property Relationship Manager, followed up afterwards to make sure everything had been resolved. I really appreciated the helpful and professional service throughout.
