I've just started tenancy with DJ Alexander and I cannot fault their professionalism and their service throughout. From our initial viewing right through to property check-in David has been excellent. Our property manager David has gone out of his way to put us at ease with any issues we've had, he's been helpful and informative thorough and the whole team when we have dealt with other departments have been helpful & pleasant to deal with! Very pleased with their service as a letting agent. If I was landlord I'd be over the moon to be leaving my property in their good hands.

Great Service.This was unfortunatley quite a drawn out request due to availabiliblty of the landlord but Dale was very , very proactive and helped us get the situation sorted. I was kept informed every step of the way and never felt out of the loop.We now have new carpets throughout the house in our preferred colour.Top class customer service. Well done Steven O'Neil

My entire experience with DJ Alexander has been brilliant. Every staff member I interacted with, whether in person or over the phone, has been quite kind and helpful. Laura Mctaggart helped us through the application and leasing process. We hit several snags through it and each time she was thorough in her explanation of the issue and how to fix it. Overall I am very pleased and would recommend DJ Alexander to anyone.
