GoogleRecently used DDM to sell my house, and despite a couple of setbacks out of their hands never gave up trying. They eventually got it sold for me and made the whole process at the end easy.

GoogleBrilliant company and staff nothing is to much trouble Doug goes above and beyond ,Inc all the office staff and sales negotiators ,have sold a lot of property with ddm and to be honest never been let down always gets the sale agreed ,would Def recommend ddm Grimsby if u want to sell Ur property well done guys / girls

GoogleInitially, I had two estate agencies: DDM Residential and a local one. I can say that the marketing of DDM was so much superior! They took very flattering pictures of the property and composed an appealing marketing brochure. I was informed of every interest and viewing booking followed with a feedback. What impressed me most was the how DDM handled the deal itself. If it wasn't for the Doug's effort the sale would have lasted a month longer. Doug kept his eye on the process, he was always ahead of any hold-ups, for that I am immensely grateful to him! I can recommend using DDM Residential.

GoogleFollowing our sale we received outstanding support from Annie, however overall I wasn't completely satisfied with the service I received from In House and probably wouldn't have used them in hindsight. From the get go I had to chase to get the valuation sorted. Steve was apologetic about this though, and ended up doing both the valuation and photos. Following our sale I sent an email asking for some advice on onward purchases as it was our first time selling and still to this day haven't received a response, despite being assured the team would be on hand to answer any queries we may have about the process. The team were incredibly pushy about us using the recommended solicitors, which were unfortunately a lot more expensive than other solicitors. Even after we exchanged I was still met with criticism about not using the recommended solicitors. I would say if perhaps you are a more experienced or confident seller than myself In House would be a good agent to use.

GoogleI rented a property managed by in-house and they tried to hold back part of my deposit claiming it is for freshening up of the property as well as mould damage. These claims were untrue and it’s amazing that I kept a detailed record or the property through photos and emails. We went through the dispute resolution and clearly I was in the right. Dishonesty is disgusting. Jon, honesty is the best policy.

GoogleInhouse helped me get my first flat and on the housing ladder. Almost a month in and I'm already very settled in my new home. Diane was very helpful on my viewing and offered me sound advice as I've never done this before. When the offer was accepted I was put in the very helpful hands of Annie, who helped push along the solicitors/ conveyancing process. The only thing that let it down was that The sale took longer than perhaps should have been, but no fault in InHouse and I am very grateful to have managed to get a place. Annie was amazing in being able to keep the ball rolling between my solicitor and the sellers and driving forward progress. Big thanks to her!

When we initially moved in, we found the previous tenant had failed to clean the property thoroughly but Jon ensured we were compensated for that. Great service

GoogleI use Inhouse to rent my property and the service is excellent, most of that is down to Jon Pepper who has the best customer service I've ever come across. The other staff are always so polite and go out of their way to help and Kat has been really helpful of late too. Communication for me is so important as a customer and Inhouse make sure you are kept in the loop with everything and always contact you back when they say they will. They have helped me so much through this last year with advice and support going over and above. I would use them everytime and would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you!

GoogleAbsolutely great estate agents especially Annie who pushed our sale along. You're not meant to have favourites but Annie was our favourite. If you need to buy or sell a house I would contact them, and even if you don't need to buy a house I would pop in anyway because maybe you meant to buy a house but forgot to put it on your shopping list and are going to feel pretty silly when you get home. They even gave us a bottle of Prosecco when we picked up the keys which was a really nice extra touch that was much appreciated. 100% recommended if you're wanting to flog or be flogged a house.
