GoogleDDM has been excellent to deal with throughout the process of valuing our property, organising viewings, identifying a suitable buyer and dealing with queries. The whole team was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful at all times. A particular shout out to Fiona - who went over and beyond 'the call of duty' many times. Fiona always responded to my phone calls and emails quickly and was very determined to ensure that we got through the whole sales process effortlessly, despite the many hurdles and challenges we faced along the way. If you can - utilise the professional services of DDM and, in particular, Fiona as she will brighten up your day and keep you calm no matter what during the stress of selling your house - she is also extremely professional and fun to deal with too! GoogleAfter finishing my affairs with this agency they are still holding my deposit even if the landlord has agreed to have it released over a week ago and the expected date given by the agency has passed. No one is taking responsibility for it, the Grimsby office will pass it to their Scunthorpe branch, where Aaron is not replying to his emails and Lynne who actually is supposed to help me with this according to the Grimsby branch manager tells me to wait for Aaron to reply. Everyone is passing the ball, no one takes ownership of problems and lack of proactiveness. Guess I'll have to involve my solicitor to get back what's mine. Stay away from them if you want to get your deposit back!
Sorry for the bad experience Cozmolici, its never a great situation when we have a deposit dispute. Most of the time, when situations like this happen, its is usually because a tenant has left a property in sub-standard condition compared to when they move in or they are in rent arrears. Hopefully this helps shed some light on the situation.

GoogleI made contact with DDM to sell our property after the agents we were using to manage the lettings side failed to respond in a timely fashion. DDM wanted to help and were fantastic from start to finish. They provided regular updates and really helped push things along.
