GoogleWe're just in the process of selling and DDM have been helpful and professional throughout. Marie valued the house, provided excellent advice and fully explained the process. Kate and Emily have been our contacts at the Barton branch and they've been wonderful, keeping us informed of progress and undertaking our viewings. Would definitely recommend DDM.

GoogleIf I could give zero stars I would. Absolute nightmare of a company. Unsure how they have been given five star reviews, friends and family perhaps. They are less than economical with the truth. Rude. Difficult. Unprofessional. Aggressive. Shabby. Kate is particularly poor.
Thank you for taking the time to write this review Frances, its always disappointing when it looks like we have let clients down. On the average we usually deliver a 5* service (as you can see from our numerous reviews) on this occasion we are sorry we didn't live up to that.

GoogleWe sold two houses through DDM and could not fault them. Kate was particularly helpful during the whole process - passing on information between us and the buyers as well as chasing the solicitors. I would highly recommend them!

GoogleCannot recommend DDM highly enough. From Jamie coming round to chat and take the initial photos, to Kate managing the final details on completion day, they handled everything with professionalism, warmth, patience and efficiency. My main point of contact was Kate and she was genuinely fabulous and - I am convinced - held the entire sale together singlehanded. She (and by proxy the company as a whole) went beyond what I’d have expected in terms of providing advice and support. If I ever sell again (definitely not for a while…) I wouldn’t use anyone but DDM and I’d recommend them to anyone going on the market. Also, while their suggested market price for my house wasn’t the highest of the quotes I got, I feel sure it was the most realistic (and certainly wasn’t too low either). I think this was reflected in the fact that the house sold for asking price after fewer than 24 hours on the market. Never even got as far as putting my for-sale sign up! I don’t usually write reviews, but it feels warranted when 1) service is this good 2) selling your home is a massive thing and people’s experiences are genuinely useful.

GoogleDDM helped sell my mum in laws house, and they were brilliant! It ended up being a complex chain and DDM went over and above to help where they could, as we live across the country. Lauren in particular was such a great help, we couldn’t have asked for more.
