She consistently checked in with every party in the chain, held everyone accountable, and ensured all deliverables were completed on time without delays. Having been through the buying and selling process before, we know how frustrating it can often be. However, Joanne and the Barons team significantly reduced that stress. GoogleWe had an amazing experience with Liberty when moving into our rented property. Libby knew my boyfriend and I were hoping to move out of our parents’ homes and find a place together, and she found the perfect house for us - great location and great price. She contacted me directly on a Friday to discuss it and arranged a viewing for the following Tuesday. The property hadn’t yet been listed, as the previous tenant hadn’t moved out, so no one else had seen it. Because competition for rental properties in Brigg is outrageous, I was worried it might go online before we had a chance to speak with the landlord. But Libby called the landlord immediately after our viewing, and within an hour we’d been accepted! She made the whole experience completely hassle-free, and I’m so grateful for her help. Without her, we would probably still be living with our parents. We were then passed to the lettings department, who completed all the verification checks, and we moved in the following Friday. The entire process took just two weeks, which is incredible given the current rental climate. DDM made everything stress-free and seamless so I would highly recommend!
