GoogleWe have just completed the sale of our mother’s bungalow in Wrawby and DDM have been fantastic. We went with two other estate agents before going with DDM, what a great decision that was! Darryl kept us on our toes and helped us move to DDM. Thank you Darryl. Gillian took the time to listen to what we needed and gave genuinely good advice. We had fabulous photographs that made an excellent brochure that then led to a steady stream of viewers! Thank you Gill Mollie kept us updated and informed throughout the 5 month process. She was super helpful, pleasant and professional throughout, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Mollie. As a team, they work very well indeed. GoogleI have let in Oxford through Breckon and Beckon for several years now. Throughout this time I have been very satisfied indeed with the courteous and efficient way in which they have rendered both the letting and management process. It sems to me that all the staff concerned manage to balance the interests of landlords and tenants in a highly professional and fittingly balanced manner for both parties, explaining all options/ choices/decisions calmly and fully. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to let a property, or indeed seeking to rent one.

GoogleWe experienced extremely poor communication with a very unprofessional and rude attitude from the Barton Branch, I certainly wouldn't use them again!

GoogleI can’t thank Shauna and the team at DDM Residential enough for making the whole selling process so painless; honestly, I expected a lot more stress and a lot more paperwork to be lost in the post! From day one, Shauna was not only super professional but also genuinely lovely to deal with. She made sure my property was marketed perfectly (no awkward angles or weird lighting!), and I always knew what was going on, thanks to her regular updates after every viewing. Even when it came to the dreaded conveyancing, Shauna made sure everything ticked along smoothly, no stress, no delays, just a lot of phone calls and emails flying around behind the scenes. If you’re looking to sell without pulling your hair out, I couldn’t recommend DDM Residential more. They really made the whole thing feel almost... enjoyable!

GoogleI asked advice from a friend who still lived in the area regarding which estate agent to use for the sale of a property that had been in our family for sixty years. I had heard anecdotes of friends and acquaintances having had a good experience with DDM, so I opted for them. I'd have to say that the experience was excellent from start to finish. Craig was knowledgeable and on point regarding the market, what price to pitch the property at, and general advice regarding selling. The presentation of the property was excellent with drone shots, photos of each room that did justice to the place; and lastly, but not leastly, there were several appointments for viewings and reviewing. We obtained the sale at the price we wanted within a short period of time. The sale of this property was a huge emotional wrench,given its history, so placing in in the right hands was very important. I couldn't be happier with the service we received.
