Although everyone I dealt with was professional and welcoming, Kate was my main point of contact and she was absolutely outstanding throughout the entire process.
Given the sensitive nature of the sale, Kate handled everything with genuine care and understanding. She kept me fully informed at every stage, always taking the time to explain anything I didn’t understand and guiding me through each step with patience and clarity. Phone calls were always returned promptly, and I never once felt left in the dark.
The sale has now completed, marking the end of a very emotional chapter for me. I don’t think Kate realises just how reassuring and supportive she has been during such a difficult time, and I’m truly grateful for the compassion and professionalism she showed.
