The service is fantastic, DDM are always quick to respond to any problems and they are resolved swiftly. The team are approachable and friendly and keep to times when visiting the property for yearly viewings plus offer flexibility around work. They always consult you so you feel your rental is your home. Checks and updates that are required are kept up to date and you feel secure knowing that anything that requires assistance they are a phone call away. I would recommend renting properties from DDM’s.

Having had our 4 bed detached on the market for over 6 months with only time wasters viewing we thought 'lets try another agent'. We talked to quite a few who trotted out the usual 'reduce the price'. People had told us not to bother with DDM but what's to lose and let's see for ourselves. Wham, Bam fab-U-lus. The MD came round, loved the house/location and 48 hours later it was sold. There was a long chain with the buyer but the DDM team were on it, chasing, pushing and keeping us posted almost on a daily basis.
